Your health and lash history
Before your appointment, it's essential for us to know about your health and lash history. We need to inquire about any allergies, especially to adhesives or latex, any existing eye conditions, infections, or sensitivities. Please inform us if you are pregnant, have recently undergone eye surgery, or are currently using any eye medications. We also need to know if you've had lash extensions before, when, and if you experienced any issues. This information allows us to tailor our service for your safety and optimal results.
Important guidelines and policies
Clients must be aware of several crucial guidelines and policies regarding their lash extensions and appointments. Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oil. We require a patch test 24-48 hours prior to your first appointment if you have sensitive skin or have concerns about allergies. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. No-shows may incur a fee. We also outline the importance of proper aftercare to maintain your lash health and extension longevity, which includes avoiding oil-based products and excessive rubbing.
